From Ignorance and Fear to Knowledge and Understanding: Jews, Judaism and the Holocaust
“The best field trip ever!”
Bring your students to a field trip they will never forget.
The 3 part program includes:
Judaism and the Synagogue:
Students learn about Judaism's core beliefs and the synagogue's syymbols from a rabbi or Jewish educator.
Super Heroes or Ordinary People:
Students explore the motivations and actions Of Holocaust rescuers in order to examine their own personal responsibilities in the world today.
Personal Testimony:
Learn first hand from a Holocaust Survivor.
Help your students learn more about this critical period of world history, in order to understand the terrifying consequences of prejudice and bigotry.
(In order to defray the costs of providing this program, we request a $3.00 per student donation.)*
